Registration & COST

Participation in the exhibition:

Minimum space available for lease 12 m2 (3x4 m) , each location include separate partition with plate name, including the participant name and stand number in Arabic and English languages, in addition to the following furnishings: (1 counter, 1 table with 2 seats, 3 shelves, 3 spotlight, outlet 220 volt) a stand diagram will be fixed.

Note:To add other fittings, an application should be submitted in a supplied form, for which the cost shall be calculated separately.

Participating charges:

Furnished spaces: SR1500 / $400 per square meter.

Non-furnished spaces: SR1300 / $350 per square meter.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

a) 100% at the time of booking

b) All payments should be made in favor of " Batola for organizing the local & international exhibitions ”

d) The site will be reserved on priority based on contract and payment finalization

e) 20% discount for the earlial registration

NOTE

The organizer reserves the right to modify the location and floor plan at their discretion in the interests of the Show or in case of under circumstances beyond their control.
